1. Delivery and payment 1.1. Orders are accepted online via the oceanfish.am website or 095 04-22-22- operator center (in order to improve the quality of service, as well as to resolve possible future issues, the call may be recorded, to which you give your consent by using our services). 1.2. On the oceanfish.am website, you select your preferred product, indicate the address where it should be delivered, your phone number, and provide additional information, if necessary. Having your landline and/or mobile phone numbers, our delivery person can contact you and make clarifications. If necessary, you can complete the online order by contacting our call center and ask the operator to add the necessary product to your order. 2. DELIVERY PROCEDURE 2.1. Delivery is free throughout Yerevan. For purchases up to 5000 AMD, delivery costs 1000 AMD. 3. Order status and history 3.1. After logging in to the site, you have the opportunity to follow the history of orders on your personal page and see the date of the order, as well as the value of the basket. 4. Payment methods 4.1. Payment for an order on oceanfish.am is made in several ways. 4.2. Online payment: Online payments on our site are made through Master, Visa, Arca, IDram, Telcell payment systems. If you are already registered in these systems, then after selecting the appropriate option and confirming the order, you will be taken to the website of the given payment system, where you need to enter your username and password in that system and make the payment. 4.3. Cash: This means that you pay for the product you ordered and its delivery in cash upon receipt of the order. After selecting this option on the corresponding page of the site, you also indicate whether you need to bring change. The delivery person provides your cash register receipt. If for any reason you have not been provided with a cash register receipt, you must immediately inform us about it. 4.4. By payment card upon receipt of the order. If you choose this option, our courier will bring a POS terminal with him, and you will be able to make a payment with your card on the spot and receive the corresponding receipt. 4.5. When making any payment by card, you confirm that you are the legal user of the card /card owner, other authorized user/ and have all the powers to make a transaction. The account holder and the cardholder registered on the website are jointly and severally liable for all existing monetary obligations towards the company. At the request of the company, depending on the type of order and the amount, other additional guarantees may be required before delivery, if the cardholder and/or the registered user making the payment are not identified or they are different persons. 5. Cash payment terms 5.1. Cash payment is made upon receipt of the order. Our courier reserves the right to return the delivered goods if the customer offers to pay for it later. 5.2. Cash payments in dollars or other foreign currencies are not accepted, as they contradict the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. 5.3. The prices of the goods presented on the website are final and include all taxes. Prices may be changed unilaterally by the company. 6. Return or exchange of the ordered goods 6.1. However, if your desire to return the goods is due to its quality characteristics, you can replace the given goods with another one with the help of our courier by presenting the cash register receipt or invoice, with the exception of those goods that are not subject to return or exchange according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. 6.2. The same applies to cases when you mistakenly ordered a product belonging to the same product group, but of a different brand, and you want to replace it with your preferred one. In such cases, you will only be charged the difference in the price of the goods, if any. 6.3. In case of returning or replacing the goods, you are obliged to return the returned or replaced goods in the same way as they were delivered to you by the carrier. That is, if the goods have a box or packaging, then in case of returning or replacing the goods, the box or packaging of the goods must be present in the same way. If you open the box of the goods, then you return or replace the goods together with the opened box or packaging. 7. E-mails and communication 7.1. When you visit the Site or send us an e-mail, you are communicating with us. We communicate with you by sending e-mails or by posting notifications and information on the Site. In order to properly formalize mutual transactions, you give your consent to receive our electronic communication. 8. Site Liability 8.1. An order placed on the oceanfish.am website represents an offer made by you to the Company to purchase and receive a product by delivery. This offer is considered accepted if we send an order confirmation letter to your e-mail, which contains all the details of the order. This letter is considered a contract between the Site and you. 8.2. By accepting the product after it has been delivered by the carrier, you confirm the fact that you have no objections to the quantitative or qualitative properties of the product. 8.3. The Company is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill or delayed fulfillment of its obligations if this is due to reasons beyond our control.
